Career Week Recap February 2025!

𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐏: During Career Week 2025, Figure Skating in Harlem students had the opportunity to explore diverse industries, gain professional insights, and connect with leading experts across finance, media, technology, and sports.

At Kodai Capital, students learned about career paths in capital management, toured the office, and participated in an interactive exercise analyzing the expected performance of top apparel brands.

At Carnegie Hill Veterinary Clinic, our students learned about careers in veterinary medicine, observed care, and met some very special patients.

At Paramount, students engaged with industry professionals to explore media career opportunities, led by Ad Sales Associate Brittney Zapata, an FSH alumna. Her guidance provided students with firsthand insights into the media industry and the pathways available in entertainment.

At Mastercard, alumna Tanay Davis, Specialist in Digital Communications, welcomed students to explore the company’s use of AI and technology in enhancing customer security. A panel discussion provided valuable advice on navigating professional spaces as women of color.

At Citi Field with the Mets, students got a behind-the-scenes look at sports media and development. They saw themselves on the big screen and visited the media room to witness firsthand how game-day production comes to life.

Through these immersive experiences, our students expanded their career horizons and gained valuable knowledge to help shape their futures. We are grateful to our partners for their support in empowering the next generation of leaders.
