Leadership Development
We approach leadership development as a holistic endeavor, nurturing the intellectual, physical, and emotional growth of our students. Cultural field trips, life skills classes, and career exploration trips provide insights into identity, self-actualization, goal setting, and planning for the future.
Life Skills
Our Life Skills classes create a safe space for our girls to develop their voices and foster sisterhood. Certified licensed social workers lead discussions on pertinent topics like nutrition, peer pressure, conflict resolution, self-esteem, body image, and social and emotional skill development.

Career Exploration
Our career-centered trips inspire our students' dreams and broaden their horizons. These experiences expose girls to exciting career opportunities, including those traditionally underrepresented by women. Visits to various workplaces in New York City include meetings with professionals in diverse fields, company tours, lectures, and panel discussions. Past trips have taken our students to Macy’s, NBA, Google, Sony, CNN, Viacom, and meetings with Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elana Kagan.
Cultural Trips
We believe that cultural experiences enrich our students' appreciation of the arts, culture, and community service. Past outings have included special screenings, performances, and Broadway plays, further enhancing their understanding of the world around them.
At FSH, we empower our girls to succeed academically and lead with confidence, preparing them for a brighter future.
