Tifané Williams

Chief Program Officer

Tifané Williams is a graduate of Alfred University double majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Journalism and English. She is also a recipient of the Melvin W. LeMon Creative Arts Award. Tifané joined the staff at Figure Skating in Harlem as Chief Program Officer, after her tenure as Director at Clear Channel Communications, implementing projects representing millions in sales revenue annually, working with Fortune 500 clients, activating and executing promotional media campaigns across a national platform of 4,000 radio stations. Tifané has a highly developed creative side. Her passion for dance saw her at the age of 3, starting at the Dance Theatre of Harlem, where she later danced with the company, then moving on to the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, followed by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Her foray into musical theatre came with significant performances in Bye Bye Birdie, the cantata Carmina Burana and Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Tifané’s worldview speaks to her desire to create and demonstrate beauty, truth and caring in life, and to encourage young people to become changemakers. To that end, she has worked with a variety of youth development, service and non-profit organizations to make a difference.
