Dr. Krystal C. Johnson, the new Senior Director of College and Career Success at Figure Skating in Harlem, brings over eight years of experience in education, focusing on higher education and K-12 settings. She has led successful initiatives at Girls Inc. of NYC and Columbia University, enhancing college access, retention, and career readiness for hundreds of students. Dr. Johnson holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership and has a strong commitment to educational equity and student success. Her expertise and passion will be pivotal in advancing Figure Skating in Harlem’s mission to empower students through education and social justice.
