Creative Director, Vashti Lonsdale is in her first year with Figure Skating in Harlem. She competed in singles skating for 20 years, was a member of Team Australia at both the Junior and Senior levels, competing on the international circuit for over 4 years. Vashti has since gone on to both perform and choreograph professional ice shows around the world, most notably the Andrei Rieu World Stadium Tour.

Vashti is an Australian ASC accredited instructor, executive board member of the Australian Professional Skaters Association and an USA LTS accredited coach. She has been teaching all aspects of figure skating for six years, this began during her studies in college. Vashti holds a BA in Applied Science – Anthropology and an Associates Degree in Asian Studies- Chinese Language from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia. She hopes to inspire creativity and knowledge of movement to her students whilst providing a warm and safe environment for her skaters to develop.
